Two new COVID-19 cases in Kerala

On Saturday, Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan announced that 2 more people tested positive of COVID-19. The positive cases were reported from Wayanad and Kannur. CM also added that 8 people recovered from the deadly disease on Saturday. Among the 8 persons who have recovered, 6 are from Kannur while two are from Idukki.
As of Saturday, 499 cases are reported in the state. Ninty-six of them are currently undergoing treatment at various hospitals in the state, CM said.
