Remember Amresh, veteran actress Jayachitra’s son, who made his acting debut in ‘Naane Ennul Illai’ last year. Besides playing the protagonist, he was also the music director of the movie.

Now, Amresh will be the protagonist of two more films, for which he would compose the music too. They are titled ‘Kaliyuga Kadhalan’ and ‘Machan Ava En Aalu Da’.

“Kaliyuga Kadhalan is a script that takes place in three eras- 2011, period before 2011 and finally 2085. I appear in a different getup for the 2085 scenes and it will be new to Tamil cinema,” the young actor says.

On his decision to score music for both the films, he says, “Music is something that caught my interest even when I was a child. I grew up listening songs by Illayaraja and A R Rahman.”
