What’s better than the legendary Amitabh Bachchan holding court on screen? Sir Ben Kingsley holding court beside him, of course! Producer Ambika Hinduja of Serendipity Films’ has confirmed that Kingsley has been roped in to Teen Patti alongside Bachchan. Hinduja revealed that though the movie had been originally envisioned with a singular hero presence, Kingsley was an addition that no one could refuse. The producer of Teen Patti asserts that only Kingsley has the acting chops to complement Bachchan without falling short.

Kingsley is known to the international audience as one who brought Gandhi to life most accurately. The movie won him an Oscar and catapulted him into worldwide fame. Since then he’s acted in acclaimed movies such as Bugsy, Schindler's List and more. Madhavan, Raima Sen and Shraddha Kapoor (daughter of Shakti Kapoor) complete the cast of Teen Patti, which is being rumoured to be a remake of the English movie 21.
