The Viral Fever, a popular online digital entertainment channel faced controversy after its CEO, Arunabh Kumar was alleged to have sexually harassed a female employee.

The news had become viral, after an anonymous woman who went by the incognito name 'Indian Fowler', posted on medium.com about Kumar's sexual advances with her during her 2 year stint at the company. Following this blog post, several other women came forward, opening up about their 'ill experiences' at TVF.

Founder Arunabh, who denied the claims, had said he was open to a legal investigation, but none of the women came forward to file a complaint. However, a lawyer named Rizwan Siddiqui has raised a police complaint against the TVF Chief, and expects the complaint to translate into an FIR.
