Actor Madhavan is all set to make his debut as a director with the upcoming movie Rocketry The Nambi effect which is based on the life and times of former ISRO scientist Nambi Narayanan.

The movie will present the life of Nambi Narayanan who was falsely accused in an espionage case and released after many years. Simran was announced to be playing Madhavan's pair in the movie, pairing with him after Parthale Paravasam and Kannathil muthamittal.

Now it has been revealed that popular television host Jagan, who has acted in KV Anand movies like Ayan, Ko, Anegan and many other movies has played a scientist in Rocketry The Nambi effect and his scenes were shot in Bulgaria.
