In a shocking incident last week, Telugu serial actress Sravani Kondapalli died by suicide at Madhuranagar in Hyderabad on September 8. The 26 year old actress was known for hit TV serials Mouna Ragam and Manasu Mamata.
Following her suicide her family filed a police case which lead to the arrest of Devaraj Reddy alias Sunny, whom Sravani befriended on TikTok, and Sai Kumar Reddy. Upon investigation, police also named Telugu superhit movie RX 100 producer Ashok Reddy Gummakonda as another accused and he was absconding since then.
Now Hyderabad Police have arrested the Telugu film producer and have booked a case on him. Ashok Reddy is the third accused in Sravani Kondapalli’s suicide case, and was escaping by switching off his mobile. Now he’s in judicial custody for abetment to suicide alongside Sai Kumar Reddy and Devaraj Reddy.
