A television actress has lodged a complaint against her alleged lover to the Commissioners Office and has stated in the press meet that she did so as not to become the next VJ Chithra. The actress named Jennifer who has played roles in popular television serials has stated that contrary to reports in the media she is not married and divorced and hid it from her alleged lover Naveen. Jennifer has counter alleged that it is Naveen who is said to be an assistant director has been giving her mental torture. She has also accused him along with others of sexually harassing her sister and also manhandling her father.

Jennifer has further added that great anxiety and depression have befallen her due to the said person and also media reports and that's why she said that she did not want to end up like actress Chithra. For the uninitiated actress, VJ Chithra suddenly passed away by suicide on December 9th at a hotel in Chennai where she was staying with her husband.
