The trailer of 'Maarrich' was released recently and during the launch event, Tusshar shared that he was longing to do s serious role ever since he starred in 'Golmaal'.
He stated, "After 'Golmaal', I was waiting for something that is not trying to be another 'Golmaal'. I wanted to do something that is very different and against my image. It is out of my comfort zone as an actor. It has been a while since I played a character that is grey."
In 'Maarrich', Tusshar is going to portray a cop who is investigating officer of a brutal murder of two young girls. He previously played a cop in 2004 multistarrer film 'Khakee'. Talking about how different both the characters are from each other, Tusshar said, "
It is a nice coincidence but there is no similarity. The journey, the genre is different. This character is more real, unlike 'Khakee'."
