Although Ajay Devgn is yet to make it official, it's learned that the Bollywood actor is planning to own 100 single screens in near future. He has already bought six screens in Uttar Pradesh, says a report.

Why is he interested in the business? The reason is not difficult to analyze. His turf war with other stars/banners, especially Karan Johar, is said to be the root cause.

From 'Shivaay' to 'Baadshaho' and 'Son Of Sardar', his films have in the past suffered intense competition from those who have had an edge when it comes to getting the right theatres and a higher number of screens for their movies.

These films, in the main, have failed to realize their box office potential. This has made Ajay want to become an owner of single screens himself!
