'Tummeda' Completes Censor And Releasing This Month

Senior Hero, 'Anand' fame Raja is making a comeback of sorts with an upcoming film 'Tummeda', produced on Bhaskara Movies banner by Naresh Adapa, Sarayu Chittala and Kondala Rao Adapa jointly. The film stars Varsha Pandey besides Raja and also has Vijay Dharan - Akshaya as the other lead pair. K Narayana, a Mathematics lecturer is making his debut as the director.

The film has finished censor process which includes the members praising the film too. The unit believes that the film has the get-go of Sekhar Kammula's cult success 'Anand' and that's the reason why they have designed a caption for this title that says 'Amma Cheti Vanta Lanti Kammanaina Prema Katha Chitram'. The film is getting ready for a December release.

Raja said the director's style reminded him of Sekhar Kammula's own and the film will revive his career once again. Director Narayana said the audiences have been vexed with formulaic films and are waiting to see feel good films and 'Tummeda' will end their wait.

Jeeva, Ramana Murthy, Annapurnamma, Dubbing Janaki, Suman Shetty, Dhan Raj, Chanti, Pavala Shyamala etc are playing the key roles.
