For making the film lot of brain has to be used and for releasing it some more intelligence most of the times is used to retain the film for the first two weeks.
A lot of schemes have come and gone. It helped the film marginally. Now director Aravind Kaushik has made a film on confusion. He says this world is most of the times confusing one and while cinema making he also face several confusions.
That is mainly because Kaushik lost in the box office for his well made 'Nam Areali Ondina'. He is now ready with the final copy of the film has announced a contest for the general public.
He has put up three questions - How many times the word 'Confusion' is used in the film, What is Tuglaq, and who is the director of this film - he has given options for the public to answer. The winner of right answers would get T Shirt and Tuglaq audio CD.
What is very weird about this director with confusions in his mind is that, he has put up a caption to his film Tuglaq that reads 'If you see this film it is a shame for the industry'. This is another tactic no doubt about.
This type of caption in Kannada cinema started when 'A' was directed by Upendra in which he debuted as hero. He said this film is 'Buddivantharige Mathra' - only for intelligent persons that filled the cash registers.
