Trust Vote begins in Assembly without Oppn party members

The process of Trust vote has begun in the Tami Nadu Assembly after the DMK members have been evicted and the eight MLAs of the Congress party and the single MLA of Indian Union Muslim League have staged a walk out.

The results will be announced within a few minutes.

However it has to be seen whether the Governor will accept the results of the trust vote conducted after removing the opposition party MLAs against their will.

It is the Governor who had asked the Chief Minister Edappadi Palanisamy to prove his majority in the Assembly by conducting a Trust vote
