Tension prevailed on the sets of Vijay Sethupathi's upcoming movie 'Naanum Rowdy Thaan' in Puducherry for some time, after members of FEFSI refused to work for scenes involving Mansoor Ali Khan.

Remember the veteran villain-character artist is not in good terms with FEFSI and even started a parallel union for workers. So, workers affiliated to FEFSI protested the presence of Mansoor and said they would not work for his scenes.

Following this, the unit shot scenes that did not require Mansoor, even as talks were on with both sides. Directed by Vignesh Sivan, 'Naanum Rowdy Thaan' is produced by Dhanush. Nayanthara is the heroine.
