Trouble brewing

The premiere of Prithiviraj-Kavya Madhavan starrer Katha on a television channel on Onam day, even before it could grace theatres has resulted in a kerfuffle in Malayalam film industry.
The decision to premiere the movie on small screen by its producer Suresh Kumar has left the financiers ,distributors and theatre-owners red (in more ways than one).
According to a film distributor, 'it is unfair on his (Suresh's) part to have released the movie on the television channel. He has got huge dues to settle. We will now press for issuing a red card against him'.
Some more troubles in Malluwood, surely.
