Ram Pothineni's stocks have gone up like anything since Puri Jagannadh's 'iSmart Shankar'. His 'RED' is releasing amid high expectations. What next for the talented actor?

The info is out from the horse's mouth. The 'Nenu Sailaja' actor will team up with Trivikram Srinivas later this year or whenever it's possible. The 'Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo' maker is committed to wielding the megaphone for a Jr NTR movie first. Ram's movie will happen only after the Nandamuri movie, to be produced by Haarika & Hassine Creations and NTR Arts, is completed. Since the 'Aravindha Sametha' actor has to complete SS Rajamouli's 'RRR', it has to be seen when the Trivikram project will go on the floors and whether Ram will complete some other movie before Trivikram is done with that project.

Ram has also revealed that 'Race Gurram' director Surender Reddy will be the director of one of his upcoming movies. The 'Sye Raa Narasimha Reddy' director is also committed to working with Akhil Akkineni first. The fifth film of Akhil will be an out-and-out action drama. This project was locked in 2020.

Meanwhile, Ram's 'RED' has hit the screens today (Jan 14). Directed by Kisohre Tirumala, it's the remake of 'Thadam' (Tamil).
