The actress reportedly offered her prayers at the Meenakshi Amman Temple. She was seen in brown ethnic wear for her visit to the temple. The actress is fondly known as ‘South Queen’ will soon be seen in theatres as her film ‘Ponniyin Selvan 1’ directed by Mani Ratnam is scheduled for its release on September 30.

Trisha also announced her upcoming film The road on her birthday day. It is believed that Trisha will be presented in a never before seen avatar in her upcoming flick. This intriguing preview has the fans excited about the project.
