The World Cup fever has gripped tinsel town celebrities. And Trisha, an ardent fan of cricket, will watch the final match between India and Sri Lanka in Mumbai, the place where it is going to be held, itself.

Hold on! She will not go to the seaside Wankhede Stadium located off Mumbai’s famous Marine drive. But will catch the whole excitement on television from her hotel room, along with friends.

“I am in Mumbai shooting for Ajith’s Mankatha. Director Venkat Prabhu has given us a day off thanks to the India-Sri Lanka final and I will watch the whole match with my friends from my hotel room,” says Trisha.

Not just Trisha, but many other stars too are set to spend their day in front of the television screen today. And it is natural in a country where cricket and cinema are the deciding factors of many a thing.
