Kollywood diva Trisha has joined the shoot of director Jeethu Joseph’s directorial 'Ram', which has Mohanlal in the lead.

Reportedly, the team is currently filming in Ernakulam and Trisha has joined the film’s sets in the city. The gorgeous actress plays the role of a doctor named Vineetha. It is to be noted that, 'Ram' is her second Malayalam movie after 'Hey Jude' (2019), directed by Shyama Prasad.

Mohanlal plays the titular role of 'Ram' which marks the second collaboration of Jeethu Joseph with Mohanlal after the superhit 'Drishyam'. 'Ram' also features Indrajith, Durga Krishna, Leona Lishoy and Adil Hussain in important roles.

Satheesh Kurup is the DOP and debutant Vishnu Shyam will be handling the music department. VS Vinayak is the editor. Touted to be a thriller, the movie will be shot in various countries including the UK and Turkey apart from Kerala. The movie went on floors recently and is shaping up at a brisk pace.
