The immensely talented Trisha had played Superstar Rajnikanth's pair in Karthik Subbaraj's latest blockbuster Petta, as a followup to her sensational comeback as Jaanu in Premkumar's 96, the romantic entertainer that had her acting alongside Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi.

Post the stunning return to form, the actress has been flooded with offers, and it has been learnt that the gorgeous actress has signed a movie which will be directed by M.Saravanan of Engeyum Eppothum fame. This yet to be titled project will be produced by Lyca productions.

Saravanan had last directed Valiyavan(2015) in Tamil, and had debuted in Kannada in 2016 with Chakravyuha, the remake of his Ivan Vera Maathiri, which was fairly successful. It is to be seen if this movie will be a perfect comeback for Saravanan, and extend the success streak of Trisha, who's on a signing spree.
