Veteran actress Trisha continues to reign strong in the South Indian film industry, proving she’s still a leading force even after over two decades in cinema. This year alone, Trisha is set to appear in six films, with three major releases alongside top mass heroes creating a wave of anticipation among fans.
One of the most awaited among them is Thuglife, directed by the legendary Mani Ratnam and starring Ulaganayagan Kamal Haasan. Trisha plays the female lead in this grand project, which is scheduled to hit theaters on June 5.
Next up is Suriya 45, directed by RJ Balaji, where Trisha stars opposite Suriya. The film is in its final stages of production and is expected to release around Ayudha Puja or Diwali.
Adding to the excitement, Trisha will also be seen in the Telugu biggie Vishwambhara, where she shares screen space with none other than megastar Chiranjeevi. This film is also aiming for a release in the coming months.
Apart from these three high-profile films, Trisha also has Vidamuyalchi, Good Bad Aki, and Identity lined up for release — making six films in total for the year.
With a mix of star-studded collaborations and content-driven projects, 2025 is shaping up to be a massive year for Trisha, proving that her star power remains as strong as ever.
