People, finally it’s on and rolling! Our slim & sleek girl Trisha’s first ever Bollywood project ‘Khatta Meeta’ opposite Akshay Kumar has started rolling. Birdies say that Trisha, who was in New York for Goutham Menon’s ‘Vinnaithandi Varuvaya’, rushed to Chennai and met her dear ones before leaving for Pune. Emm… People who go to Hindi never turn back, right? May be it’s a good bye forever that she wanna give out to her city and her beloveds.

People close to the girl say that she is very confident as director Priyadarshan has explained the whole script. We also hear that the shoot is taking place in a remote picturesque village in Baramati, a place near Pune now.

Earlier Priyan said that unlike his earlier slapstick comedies, ‘Khatta Meeta’ will be a family film and gives a lot of scope for the actress to perform. The director is taking so much of pains to introduce Trisha as a north Indian girl in the film, and there are no traces of Tamil flavour her performance, say the sources.

Priyan said that, Trisha is turning out to be the surprise package. Before the shoot, she had informed that she couldn’t converse in Hindi even though it was her second language in school. But she took the team by surprise when she spoke fluently in Hindi. One could see the smile on Akshay’s face as he was delighted with her performance.

Wow… Looks like Trisha is no lesser than Asin while it comes to adapting to different culture and language.
