In the wake of the coronavirus spread across the country, last week actress Trisha, who is the celebrity advocate of UNICEF had posted a video message to create awareness among people on the safety measures and hygiene precautions to be followed to protect ourselves from Corona.
Currently with India having more than 650 cases of Coronavirus positive people, the actress in association with UNICEF India has released a new video message about staying at home and supporting the lockdown. The actress has requested people to stay at home to break the chain.
In the video, Trisha says "Just like each and everyone of you, I am going to be in home for 21 days to support India's effort in this fight against coronavirus. This virus affects anybody, no one is immune. Coronavirus doesn't target people in specific populations, ethnicity, states or racial backgrounds and does not care how you look, how old you are or where you come from. During disease outbreaks it is most important to remember to spread kindness and support one another. I know it is not easy to be at home but what motivates me is the number of lives that are going to be saved. So please stay at home. spread kindness, not stigma".
