After being seen in a cameo in Superstar Rajnikanth starrer Petta, actress Trisha is working on a number of movies like Paramapatham Vilaiyattu, untitled Sumanth Radhakrishnan movie which also stars Simran in another lead role, Garjanai, and many other movies.

Her recently launched movie was Raangi which is directed by Engeyum Eppothum, Valiyavan and Ivan Vera Maathiri fame M Saravanan who is returning to direction after a break and is produced by Lyca Productions. Raangi is written by AR Murugadoss and will have music by C.Sathya who scored music for Engeyum Eppothum as well.

Raangi had its first look launched yesterday and the poster had Trisha getting arrested by foreign police officers. It has been revealed that Trisha will be seen in an action avatar as a strong and bold lady and her actions lead her to a difficult situation and the movie is about how she escapes out of the situation. The movie's first schedule has been completed and the next schedule begins on May 30 and team Raangi is planning to shoot in Uzbekistan.
