Ahead of its release on August 10, the trailer of 'Vishwaroopam-2' is out. Touted to be a spy thriller, it stars Kamal Haasan in an action-packed role.

If the trailer, released a while ago by NTR, is anything to go by, we are going to see an action-oriented, action-crazy Kamal. Threads from the first part are intact and we are expected to see the second edition as an extension of it. As such, the action episodes seem to be high in number.

As a spy, Kamal's character comes with a philosophy of his own. As he tells a character, while one can be religious, disloyalty towards the country is profane.

True to his style, writer-director Kamal also has a romantic moment (with Pooja Kumar).

From Waheeda Rehman and Rahul Bose to Shekhar Kapoor, everyone is seen intensely. It seems the film will take a plunge into its story even before Rahul Dravid is done with his anti-smoking ad. So, watch it from the beginning.

Also starring Andrea Jeremiah, the thriller has music by Ghibran. Directed by Kamal himself, who has co-written it with Atul Tiwari, the film is expected to have a political subtext.
