Trailer Review: 'Officer'

Ram Gopal Varma should have directly gone in for the release of this Trailer instead of releasing the film's Second Teaser a few days ago. At less than 2 minutes, the Trailer is, for want of a better word, repetitious. Having watched the content in Teaser 1 and Teaser 2, we find nothing new. Isn't a Trailer supposed to give out more than teaser(s)?
'The police learn from criminals. To prevent their next crime. But in the process, some of them become criminals themselves', the film's catch lines go. There is scope for drama between Nagarjuna's character and his daughter in the movie.
There are those atypical camera angles, dishum-dishums, gritty voice-over, etc. The RGV-type elements are intact. Anwar Khan plays the antagonist. Myra Sareen is the female lead, while Ajay and Sayaji Shinde have key roles. 'Cops were never this scary' is the caption.
The makers have confirmed that the film will hit the screens on May 25.
