The second trailer of 'Cheliyaa' is a forceful prelude to an out-and-out emotional love drama. When the first one was out, we reviewed saying that the visuals are superlative and the quality that one would expect from a Mani outing is simply intact. Ravi Varman's visuals become even more breathtaking here.

The conflict between the lead pair seems to be more agonizing than what we saw in 'OK Bangaram'. There seem to be shades of a 'Sakhi'. The girl just can't let go off the man in her life. The love story seems to begin in a regimented set-up, as Karthi's 'Take it off..' shout shows. Aditi Rao Hydari is looking gorgeous, and her teary eyes are loaded with meaning.

The BGM is palpably period drama-type. That makes us wonder what is in store about the set-up.

The film is slated for a grand April 7 release. This Summer, take a shower in this AR Rahman musical. Remember, 'Cheliyaa' ('Kaatru Veliyidai') is set in Kashmir.
