Superstar Ajay Devgan is all set to make his OTT debut with the show 'Rudra: The Edge of Darkness' and the recently released trailer of the same suggests that he'll be seen in a entirely new avatar in this one. 'Rudra' is a remake of Idris Elba starrer show 'Luther' and it will feature Ajay in the role of a competent and workoholic cop who undergoes some mental trauma cause of his job.

The tone of the show is rather serious and the trailer manages to intrigue the audience without giving away any plot points. While Ajay Devgan has played cop characters before, his role as Rudra would be a farcry from them.

Talking about the project in an earlier interview with a news outlet, Ajay had said, "The world of digital streaming has always fascinated me, and I am excited to make my digital acting debut into long-format content with a riveting character and title such as Rudra.
