Tragedy King Dilip Kumar Diagnosed With Pneumonia!

Veteran Bollywood actor Dilip Kumar who was admitted to the Lilavati hospital in Mumbai yesterday due to the chest infection has been now diagnosed with mild pneumonia. The latest update on his health was confirmed by his wife, Saira Banu. A day after the actor was admitted, Saira stated, ““He is doing better now. The medical reports are saying a small patch of pneumonia is there. God willing, he will be out of it soon. But he is doing fine.”

Dilip Kumar's nephew Faisal Farooqui who handles the actor's official Twitter handle confirmed the health issues faced by the Tragedy King writing, “Saab has been admitted to Mumbai’s Lilavati Hospital as he was bit uneasy due to a chest infection. He’s recuperating. Requesting your duas and prayers.” As soon as the actor’s news of hospitalisation broke, netizens could not stop themselves from pouring out their love and wishing him a speedy recovery.

In an interview, Saira said, “We are here at Lilavati and we come here for a routine check-up regularly. He will be here for a few days, as long as the doctors want to do tests. All kinds of tests will be conducted. There is a team of doctors here, chest physician, neurologist...The tests are being conducted under Dr Nitin Gokhale. We need your wishes so we can go home soon."
