Mollywood youth icon Tovino Thomas who was last seen in the crime thriller Forensic, is all set to team up with award winning director Bijukumar Damodaran, popularly known as Dr Biju. The news came out after Tovino shared a casting call poster seeking actors who have physical resemblance to Vladimir Lenin, BR Ambedkar, Leo Tolstoy and Adolf Hitler.

Reportedly, the upcoming movie is a political film with a surrealistic storytelling pattern, unlike the director's previous films. Tovino will be playing the central character of a man who comes across Lenin, Ambedkar, Tolstoy and Hitler during a journey. The movie is touted to be a big budget film. More details are expected to be out in the coming days.

Some of his popular movies are Veettilekkulla Vazhi, Kaadu Pookunna Neram, Perariyathavar, etc. It is to be noted that almost all his films have been widely acclaimed, with some of them even garnering international acclaims.

Meanwhile, Tovino Thomas is prepping up for the OTT release of his much-awaited movie 'Kilometers and Kilometers' that is set for direct release on Hotstar + Disney.
