Tovino Thomas' next starts rolling

Amidst a lot of expectations, Tovino Thomas-starrer Theevandi directed by debutant Fellini, has gone on floors. Scripted by Vini Viswalal, the movie features Tovino in a chain smoker, Bineesh, a laid-back youth.  Tovino has earlier worked with Vini Viswalal in Koothara, which also had Mohanlal in it.

The film is being bankrolled by one of the leading production houses in Mollywood, August Cinemas and features Chandni Sreedharan as Tovino's romantic interest. Suraj Venjaramoodu, Saiju Kurup and Surabhi Lakshmi are also part of Theevandi's cast. Kailas Menon composes the music and cinematography is handled by Gautham Sankar.
