Mollywood's most sought after actor Tovino Thomas met with an accident during the shoot of his upcoming Malayalam movie Kala. The actor got injured in his stomach while he was filming an action sequence. The actor was rushed to a Private hospital in Kochi and has been admitted to the ICU following an internal bleeding.

Directed by Rohith VS, tilming of the adventure thriller, which began on September 7, was progressing smoothly. In the last few days, the team has been involved in filming action scenes. He was injured at the Piravom set two days ago too. It is reported that the injury was caused by a kick in the abdomen while filming the scene. He was admitted to the hospital as he complained of severe abdominal pain.
