Latest update on Tovino Thomas' health condition

The news of actor Tovino Thomas being hospitalised after getting injured on a movie set sent shockwaves across the industry. The actor who was admitted to the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and then shifted to a normal ward, has been discharged from the hospital.
Taking to his social media handle Tovino revealed that he was discharged from the hospital on Monday after undergoing treatment for six days at a private hospital in Ernakulam. He also expressed gratitude for the support and love shown by his fans.
Tovino Thomas was injured in his abdomen while doing action sequences on the sets of ‘Kala’ directed by ‘Adventures of Omanakuttan’ fame Rohit BS. The actor was unaware of the internal injury he had for 2 days. On the third day of the shoot he complained intense stomach pain and was rushed to hospital, where he was admitted to ICU since October 7.
