Bollywood starlet Karisma Kapoor has lodged mental harassment complaint against her estranged husband Sunjay and her mother-in-law Rani Kapur. Sources say this complaint has nothing to do with the divorce case which has been in trail for a while now.
"This case of harassment is absolutely different from the ongoing divorce case. It's not about dowry and doesn't even come under family court. Karisma doesn't want to claim anything for herself but she wants to protect her children from Sunjay and her mother-in-law, who have been harassing her for years," said Karisma's lawyer to the media.
It may be recalled that Sunjay, in his divorce petition claimed that Karisma married him for his wealth. However, his allegations were eventually dismissed by the actress's father Randhir Kapoor by calling Sunjay as a third class man who likes to philander with girls.
