Yes, Hello the Lal starrer is collecting like anything and is now termed as one of the biggest grossers

The top five Malayalam films are:

1. Hello - Director Rafi-Mecartin have etched out the best from the comic presentations of Mohanlal, to make one of the biggest winner of the year. The film is collecting like anything amidst thick rains. Already the film has grossed around three crores from its 20 days run. The film is sure to complete a busy hundred days.

2. Mission 90 Days - Major Ravi is back with the army story, this time of the National Security Guards (NSG) team tracking down the assassins of former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi. The film has a meticulous performance from Mammootty, but it is receiving mixed responses in the box office, due to its more than realistic approach including the loud usage of Tamil without subtitles. The flick will find it hard to emerge a winner.

3. Arabikatha - Another hit from Lal Jose, whose bold theme is well appreciated and the film is growing in audience support. The movie is devised to become an eye opener to the die hard communist population of the state.

4. July 4 - The film had a big crew composing of the best of the directors, scriptwriters and of course, Dileep. The title was supposed to bring him good luck, the film couldn't make itself the winner among the other biggies.

5. Sooriyan - Actor Jayaram and director V.M. Vinu team up to relaunch the actor into the big league, but the films leaves not much to be encouraged and is showing not a good fare at the box office.
