The shooting of Pranav Mohanlal's much-awaited hero debut 'Aadhi', is progressing at a brisk pace in Kochi. As per the latest update, model and actor Tony Luke, who was last seen in Nivin Pauly's Sakhavu`, has been approached by director Jeethu Joseph to play the role of a baddie in Aadhi`. Tony had earlier too portrayed the role of a villain in Jeethu`s previous directorial Oozham`.

Touted to be a revenge thriller, Pranav Mohanlal portrays the titular character Aadhi. Pranav has undertaken classes for the role by getting trained for Parkour for the film. Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, Aadhi also stars Siddique, Sharafudheen, Siju Wilson, Anusree, Aditi Ravi and Lena in pivotal roles. Interestingly, Pranav doesn`t have a love interest in the film.

Apart from Kochi, Aadhi will be shot in Bangalore and Hyderabad too. If all goes well, the shooting will be wrapped up by October. As the movie requires extensive VFX works, 'Aadhi' will hit the theatres next year only.
