Hollywood actor Tom Hanks, who had along with his wife Rita Wilson had recovered from the deadly Coronavirus just before few weeks has now donated his blood plasma for Covid research purposes for the second time.
Tom Hanks took it to Instagram and shared a picture of two bags full of plasma and captioned it "Plasmatic on 3! 1, 2, 3 PLASMATIC! Hanx". Previously, Tom and Rita had volunteered to donate blood and plasma for COVID-19 research in the podcast Wait Wait Don't Tell Me.
Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson were the first Hollywood personalities to have COVID-19 infection, as they revealed their test results on 11 March. They were back to Los Angeles at the end of March after recovering from their symptoms. Since recovery, they've been spreading awareness about Coronavirus among public.
