In a significant development, on December 21, Komatireddy is set to accompany these members of the Telugu Film Industry for a special meeting with Telangana's newly appointed Chief Minister, Revanth Reddy. Notably, when Komatireddy Venkat Reddy assumed office as the new cinematography minister, he expressed his dissatisfaction at the lack of congratulatory messages from the industry, excluding Dil Raju.

Prompted by his candid remarks, industry representatives assured that they were planning to meet and extend their congratulations to the minister soon.
