Actor reveals plan to help for Chennai’s water crisis!

With the Monsoon failing, there has been a drought all over Tamil Nadu, and most of the water bodies like rivers and lakes that gave water, have dried down.This has caused huge water scarcity in places like Chennai, and TN Government is planning to get water from other states.

Chennai people are currently receiving water from lorries carrying water from distant places, and the ground water has dipped as well. In such a situation, Tollywood actor Manoj has announced he is going to help people of Chennai, and also urged Telugu people to support by helping.

He posted on instagram “Chennai gave food/water and shelter to our Telugu people when needed. Now its our turn!The nation’s 6th biggest city is running out of basic ‘water’. I, with my friends, well wishers and fans would  be supplying drinking water to areas I grew up and request you all to come, do your bit”. Manoj is actor Mohan  Babu’s son, and was seen in Ennai theriyuma.
