There have been huge conflicts between the Tamil Film Producers council leader actor Vishal and a section of the council, who have been warring against him, and before few months, the team against him had even locked and sealed the office, and after breaking open the seal, the actor was also arrested.

Following such conflicts, now the TN government itself has decided to take over the management of TFPC. Ever since Vishal won the elections of TFPC and got appointed as president, there was a conflict with a section of producers, and after such issues, the TN Government has appointed N Sekar as a special officer managing TFPC.

N Sekar is the District Registrar (Admin), central Chennai, and from now after his appointment, it will be Sekar who will be the deciding authority in case of issues in the producers council, and the president nor the members of the association won't be able to take decisions. He will hold the position for a period of one year during which he will take the decisions regarding TFPC.
