'Titli' director gets thrilling surprise at Cannes

Kanu Behl, the director of ‘Titli’, had a fan moment when the Iranian filmmaker, Abbas Kiarostami made his presence at a special screening of the film at Cannes.

The director, Kanu was pleasantly surprised to have the well renowned filmmaker, Abbas Kiarostami, somebody he looks up to, watch his work. Abbas is one of the most celebrated filmmakers we have and his coming for the screening made it even more special for Kanu.

Confirming the news a source added that Kanu got a chance to briefly interact with him and discuss cinema.

Incidentally, ‘Titli’ is the only selection from India this year to be featured at Cannes in the Uncertain Regard section.

Goon injures Sonakshi Sinha's wrist

It's all in a day's job....Poor Sonakshi Sinha literally had to suffer a serious scene quite seriously. It happened so that the actress was shooting for her upcoming film 'Tevar', where a goon had to hold her wrist. Ironically the artist got so carried away with his act, that he held Sonakshi's hand quite tightly; resulting blood clot in her wrist. Poor Sona.

Millions of rupees are spent to shoot a single song. In a single song the hero and heroine change umpteen attires and locations. Budget for picturising a song many times goes haywire but producers don’t mind until the end result is incredible.
