Title locked for Venkatesh, Maruthi movie

After a lot of brainstorming, director Maruthi has finalised the title for his new movie featuring Venkatesh in the lead role. According to reports, Maruthi has zeroed in on Bangaru Babu as the film's title. Though Venkatesh initially wanted to name it Diamond Raja, Maruthi is firm on Bangaru Babu and convinced the actor, say reports.
Venkatesh will be playing a funny cop in this family drama which will be launched on December 16 in Hyderabad. The regular shooting will begin from the very next day. Nayanthara is playing the leading lady in this film. Ghibran is scoring the music. Suryadevara Vamsi is producing this film under Sitara Entertainments banner. The other cast and crew are yet to be finalised.
