Tiger Shroff: No supplements

After delivering a superhit with his debut film 'Heropanti', Tiger Shroff is going to start working on his next project, 'Heer Ranjha', under the same banner (NGE) soon.

For getting into perfect shape, it is said that the actor relies on natural efforts. In fact, it is will be surprising to know that Tiger, who has a superb physique, does not believe in supplements. The young actor believes only in maintaining a strict diet and working out with sheer dedication. Being a pure naturalist, Tiger does not encourage or practice steroids.

Sources close to him revealed that, the young actor wakes up almost at dawn to practice with his team. Very disciplined and focused person, Tiger works out for 4-5 hours every day without fail. He is trained in martial arts and also regularly visits the gym.

Tiger believes fitness is for all and it's very important that health is looked after first. He is an endorser of good health and is often seen guiding people about health and fitness.
