'Heropanti' actor Tiger Shroff is a fitness freak and we all know that. Currently he is working on two big budget movies - Remo D'Souza's 'A Flying Jatt' and Sabbir Khan's love saga, 'Baaghi: A Rebel For Love'. Sources say that, while he was shooting for the superhero flick last week he suffered a slipped disc which became serious. The doctor had also advised him a complete three weeks' rest.

But the young cub Tiger Shroff was in no mood to stay indoors and rest. He was back on the sets in three days with a physiotherapist who accompanied him to ensure that he doesn't overexert himself. Though being in a lot of pain, he promises his cast and crew that he will give his best in both the movies.

Recently Tiger said, "I've been through some really gruelling schedules. The stunts in both films and lack of rest have led to this injury. Before I've had a chance to recover, I'm back for another action-packed schedule of 'A Flying Jatt'. I'm not complaining since I'm surrounded by wonderfully supportive people. I will fight it out with painkillers and my physiotherapist."
