Suresh Gopi is today acting all round the clock. After a couple of releases last month, he is awaiting the release of his next Pathaaka. The movie is all set to grace theatres on the first week of May.

He has donned the role of a minister in Pathaaka directed by K Madhu. He plays the role of George Tharian, who is accused in a series of scandals. George loses almost everything. He strikes back revealing the conspiracy and re-establishes his image. Amidst all this there is, police atrocities, verbal duels and cultural debates.

This film also stars Sai Kumar as business tycoon Farookh Shaw. Renuka Menon enacts a research scholar, Sindu Menon as an IPS officer and Navya Nair plays a social worker. Manoj K Jayan enacts commissioner Harinarayanan. Veteran actress Sheela enacts the role of Elizabeth Mammen, mother of George Tharian.
