Ajith Kumar’s much awaited action thriller ‘Thunivu’ directed by H. Vinoth is ready for release and we already reported that the team is eyeing Pongal 2023 and particularly January 12th. However some reports suggested that since Thalapathy Vijay’s ‘Varisu’ has also locked the same date there could be a postponement.
However the latest red hot update on ‘Thunivu’ is that Udayanidhi Stalin’s Red Giant Movies has acquired the Tamil Nadu theatrical rights of the film. The new poster has made it clear that the film will hit the screens worldwide on Pongal 2023. Neutral fans are in for a grand treat as Ajith and Vijay are clashing at the box office after a long time since ‘Jilla’ vs ‘Veeram’ in 2014.
