The highest trending topic in the film world is the clash of Vijay's 'Varisu' and Ajith's 'Thunivu' at the Pongal 2023 box office. Films of the two arch rivals are releasing on the same day after a a long time and both their fans are worked up big time. Both the teams have started the promotions for the films in full swing and each passing day fans are getting updates from both the sides.

Meanwhile, 'Soul of Varisu', the third single from 'Varisu' tuned by Thaman and sung by Chithra was released yesterday, and is going viral on a massive scale. So far two songs from Ajith's 'Thunivu' have already been released, and fans are awaiting the next with bated breaths.

Music director Gibran has announced that the third single from 'Thunivu' is 'Gangsta' sung by Shabbir and will release in a week's time. Its a mass opening song for Ajith written by Viveka and the lines will be reflection of the superstar's powerful character. No need to add that AK fans have gone wild already anticipating Ajith's inimitable swag in the lyric video. Already the other two singles 'Chilla Chilla' and 'Kasethan Kadavulada' are huge hits.

'Thunivu' is directed by H. Vinoth and produced by Boney Kapoor with Nirav Shah handling the cinematography. The film stars Ajith, Manju Warrier, Veera, Pavni, Cibi Bhuvana Chandran, Amir, Mahanadhi Shankar, G.M. Sundar and Samuthirakani.
