Three directors bless Sunil

Sunil's image received a boost with Maryada Ramanna, in which the comedian was seen in the role of a male lead after a long time since Andala Ramudu. It was in the fitness of the things to see SS Rajamouli, who directed that near-adventurous film, giving the clap to launch Sunil's new film, Poola Rangadu.

The ace comedian-cum-hero could not have asked for more. He was also blessed by the presence of Sukumar (who switched on the camera) and VV Vinayak (who directed the first shot), both ace film makers.

The day must have been unforgettable for Sunil yet another reason. The film is being produced by Atchi Reddy, who was the first person he had met on entering the film industry. In his own words, he feels happy to be cast as a hero in his home production.

The film will release as a Sankranthi treat in January 2012. Ali, Kota Srinivasa Rao, Pradeep Rawat, Raghu Babu, Dev Gill and others are the other cast.
