Three cheers for Deepika

Deepika Padukone seems to be on a signing spree these days. The actress after accepting offers from the coveted Yashraj banner and filmmaker Ashutiosh Gowraker, is all set to act opposite Imran Khan for a movie to be produced by Kunal Shah. Danish Aslam, KunalÂs assistant, will be wielding the megaphone.
ÂIt is supposedly a romantic entertainer. Both Imran and Deepika ooze energy at right level on screen. We found it appropriate to cast the two together. We are confident that movie would make it big, says Kunal Shah.
Meanwhile, Deepika is tight-lipped these days when queried about reports of estrangement with her boy friend Ranbir Kapoor. The former is busy accepting roles while the latter is busy celebrating the success of his recent release Ajab Premki Kasab Kahani.
