Director of a few Kannada films Akhaada, Hrudayadali Idenidu, Jigar Thanda` Shiva Ganesh has taken up Thraataka` and completed sixty percent of shoot. In the places like Chikkamagaluru, Bengaluru the shoot was held for 15 days says director Shiva Ganesh.

Bhavani Prakash, Ajith, Jairaj, Yash Shetty, Ajay, Shivaraj, Nandagopal are also in supporting roles. Arun Suradha is music composer, Vinod Bharathi is man behind camera. Shivakumar art, Vikram Mor stunts, Kalai dance, KR Sai Ram dialogues, Naru Narayan and Maha Keerthi script has Shiva Ganesh screenplay and direction.
