Those people are bastards: Nagababu

Nagababu has vociferously defended his brother, Pawan Kalyan, in his latest interview. Reacting to the allegation that the Jana Sena chief has taken "package" (money) from certain political leaders in the past, the Mega brother got abusive.

"Bastards they are. Why the hell does Kalyan Babu need to take money from anyone? If he wants, he can earn Rs 150 Cr per year. He just needs to do two movies and four ads. He is not the kind who compromises," Nagababu said.

"We (Pawan and others in the Mega family) are being targeted blatantly. No media is supporting us. It's only social media that has given us a voice," he said in the interview answering some other question.

Does Pawan need Nagababu to defend him by making videos against TDP? "Kalyan Babu doesn't need me. Never have we (Mega family) helped him set up his political party. I am a fan of Jana Sena. I admire him as a leader. When he established the party in 2014, I had my doubts about his capabilities. I worried for him since politics is a murky field. However, having observed his determination and ideology, I am confident about him. I have read about great leaders and I know that he is right," he commented.

About the failure of Praja Rajyam Party and what separates Pawan from Chiru, he said, "Annayya (Chiranjeevi) never entered politics to make money. He didn't need power. Unlike him, Kalyan Babu is not soft. He can stay the course by waging the war on a full scale."

"It would have been different had PRP persisted. Some people demoralized Chiranjeevi garu psychologically after the 2009 elections. Chiranjeevi garu is not stubborn. I am not saying he is timid. He is a very strong person and that's why he could become No. 1 in the film industry. He couldn't achieve big in politics only because of his softness. The influence of conspiring people around him and the media's illicit behaviour too convinced him that he can't run a party," he remarked.
